windows server 2012 4 processors

have server 4 physical processors (individual chips) installed , have installed , activatded win2012 standard edition on it..on bare metal i.e. no virtualization. when @ task manager, shows 2 physical processors in 'cores' field (# of cores/processor x # of procs seen).

understand 1 win 2012 standard license supports upto 2 physical processors mentinoed in licensing guide.

want know is- how can make same installation (same instance of win 2012 std) see, recognize, utilize 4 processors? possible? mean adding license key installation? if so, how can that?

in terms of licensing, while indeed need licence per 2 physical cpus in server, there's no actual restriction within windows monitor it. if have 4 cpu server, legally need have 2 licenses, 1 of gets installed on server. ms clarify question here http://blogs.technet.com/b/askpfeplat/archive/2012/10/29/windows-server-and-processor-cores-part-2-windows-server-2012.aspx

as why don't see 4 cpu's listed in task manager, i'm not sure honest , you're not person ask online. have tried looking in resource monitor instead , seeing reports, since that's far more detailed.
