Hyper-V configuring with a single nic card

i have windows server 2012 r2 parent , installing windows server 2008 r2 standard , windows server 2012 r2 children.  i have 1 nic card available (it's i've been given work , dedicated box, unable change this).

i have been looking several days find step step guide in setting multiple children under single card.  without success.

currently, have assigned static ip address parent , static ip address 2008 box, both can see internet.  however, i'm bit confused how configure other 2012 box without static ip address using vpn address.

i think should setup second virtual switch, assign static ip switch, , create virtual nic card in each child, assign vpn address , default gateway use virtual switch?  the question need configure routing , remote access?

if there walk through anywhere states steps necessary setting multiple children , parent under single nic card, that'd great too.

hi gatorcoder,

"if there walk through anywhere states steps necessary setting multiple children , parent under single nic card, that'd great too."

and you  mentioned :"i have windows server 2012 r2 parent , installing windows server 2008 r2 standard , windows server 2012 r2 children.  i have 1 nic card available"

if under stand correctly , want these vms , host can access internet the 3rd 1 via vpn right ?

if case , need vpn server address vpn requirement .

you right , rras can achieve .

according design , need enable rras on host provide vpn service .

but suggestion ,create new vm 2 nics , 1 static ip connect external virtual switch , the other 1 connect " second virtual switch " .

please refer following link regarding vpn deployment :
