ADWS Error 1202 This computer is now hosting the specified directory instance, but Active Directory Web Services could not service it

hi,

follwing error recive on both dc/gc in child domain:

this computer hosting specified directory instance, active directory web services not service it. active directory web services retry operation periodically.

i don´t find solution , google not helpfull.

dfs replication ok, directory service ok , dns.

this dcdiag: (just little extract):
----------------------------------------------------------------------
 * identified ad forest.
   ldap search capabality attribute search failed on server xxxxxx, return
   value = 81
   got error while checking if dc using frs or dfsr. error:
   win32 error 81the verifyreferences, frsevent , dfsrevent tests might fail

xxxxxxxx server in parent domain in site!

         warning: child-dc not advertising time server.
         warning: child-dc  has not finished promoting gc.
         check event log domains cannot replicated.

         warning: child-dc  not advertising global catalog.
         check server finished gc promotion.
         check event log on server enough source replicas gc
         available.

all server in child domain w2k8 r2 std engl,
the server in parent domain w2k3/w2k8 mix :-)

just complete all:
i had childdomain same bit dcpromo deinstalled , minor rest
in parent domain delete adsi-edit.

any idea ist goin wrong?

WMI Repository 4GB limit - Win 2003 Ent Question

Event ID 1302 (error 1307) DFS replication service encountered an error while writing to the debug log file

hello. we @ step 0 of migration frs dfsr sysvol replication on windows 2008r2 dc. every time run powershell dfsrmig / getmigrationstate says: "unable create dfsr migration log file. error 1307. all domain controllers have migrated global state 'start'. migration has reached consistent state on domain controllers. succeeded." it creates event id 1302 in "dfs replication" event log, explaining error 1307 means: "this security id may not assigned ownder of object ". i already checked space limits, quotas, permissions on c:\windows\debug according microsoft support article unable fix it. although, there new entries added dfsr00095.txt log file despite error. dfsrxxxx file has not been archived .gz format, and, beleive, contains dfsr diagnostics , events. here of latest entries: 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm  3354 migration::sysvolmigration::getsysvolreadyflag [mig] sysvol ready 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm   456 migrati
