i have migrated 3 of hyper-v vm servers, running on windows 2008 host, using scvmm 2008 new windows 2008 data center r2 sp1 server running cluster shared volume no issues. my 4th migration failed on last 2 steps. the server being migrated hyper-v vm running windows 2008 enterprise sp2. the hyper-v host running on windows 2008 enterprise r2 server, no sp1. the cluster shared volume server migrating windows 2008 data center r2 server running sp1 3 additional hotfixes thought relevent. i began migration scvvm 2008, completed, errored out last 2 steps. not delete source snapshot, said in use. so not take next step , destroy source vm. as result have server @ source in saved state. had new virtual @ destination running. , scvvm showed vm on destination  in error condition. i able revert saved state on souce vm , loaded, shut down right away. have 2 identical vm's in 2 different location both bootable. i closed apps, logged out of every server was  connected opened scvvm

i having odd issue cannot seem resolve. i have following setup: asus p5m2/sas motherboard core2 quad q6600 processor. 8gb of matching ddr2 ram (4x2gb) initially system had 2 gb of ram (1x2gb) ordered 8gb ram reach recommended requirements windows server 2012 essentials. while waiting new ram arrive, installed ws2012e on machine 2gb of ram installed. installed without hitch slow due having 2gb of ram. when new ram arrived system not boot after installing new ram. stop @ teal windows splash screen logo , indicator spin forever. tried various configurations , found system boot if had 1 stick installed, or if mix , matched new sticks 1 of old sticks 3gb. however, if installed 2x2gb sticks or more system hang @ splash screen. i able boot 4 of new sticks long had 1 installed. thinking might sort of ram incompatibility, purchased more ram @ premium listed on motherboards approved memory compatibility list. i tried reinstall windows server 2012 essentials, found sam

is there details how storage spaces works? created first storage pool on 4 drives 1  - 1 tb drive 2 - 2 tb drives 1 - 1.5 tb drive so far have created 2tb virtual disk. see each of 4 disk using 684 gb of disk. no matter if delete or add data seem same usage says me storage spaces allocates of space upfront? same thing happen mirroring or happen parity?  i added 1.5tb disk pool , in 2 days haven't seen data being written disk. maybe won't until create new virtual disk? one thing suprised me storage spaces allocating same amount of space on each disk independent of size. start change or 1tb drive (the smallest one) limit me 4 drives limited 4tb of data i have 1 virtual disk far. when start see low space warnings? have allocated 2 tb far , have 4.6 tb left allocate. when data starts close space have on drives or when allocate entire space used in pool (assuming storage spaces pre-allocates).  hi, currently there no information windows 2012 related features.

in powershell, i'm calling soap web service , getting http 500 error @ line   [ system.net.webresponse ] $resp = $webrequest . getresponse() and $_  error object returns:  the remote server returned error: (500) internal server error. how full error details that contained in soap fault string?
