Storage Spaced Direct - Can you have mutilpe Pools in same cluster?

i believe read when s2d still in beta should have 1 pool per cluster.

is still true, , if why?

i interested in how s2d deal disks of different types, sata, sas, ssd, if in same pool or if can create separate pools on same cluster various drive types.

hi toddhunter,

according microsoft, recommended use 1 pool per cluster. when enable storage spaces direct, pool automatically created , configured best possible settings deployment.

i suggest, may follow blog check performance s2d disks.
