i having recent problem dfs replication, conflict , deleted files. files users updating, when close them, not getting replicated propery.   i have 1 hub server , 5 spoke servers in production environment. running windows server 2003 r2. file locking solution called peerlock installed on all the spoke servers. haven't had issue in past peerlock, but seems like it can create problems replication. the hub server has serveral 4412 messages day , of files in conflictdeleted folder newer ones on spoke server (so replicating older version reason). debug logs seem indicate recent file being replicated, obscure (even ned pyle's helpful articles) so i not sure if see things correctly. gvsn file being replicated hub same 1 ending in conflictdeleted folder, either i'm not seeing right file version or i'm not reading log correctly (more likely). i have open support incident analyze logs, if has had experience type of problem, in particular in combination peerlock, help/advice ap

we have connected high-available iscsi storage system windows 2012 r2. there 2 nics on initiator on 2 subnets login 2 failover targets on storage system. there 1 session created per target. whenever initiator rebooted, see there multiple sessions created per target. number of sessions keeps on growing per reboot. i/o not impacted , there no errors. can please understand if desired behavior or doing wrong? hi, i'm little unclear question. there 2 nics in 2 subnets. what's "storage system" it? hi guys hoping can out annoying issue having 2 windows 2008 r2 x64 servers running ts. ts configured , works fine, remote apps good, remote desktop services good, can access server , apps via internet , internally - great, fantastic. however, issue when people logging off remote desktop on servers screen goes black , sits there - no matter how long leave it. thing end user can click x on yellow bar kill session off. of course, when attempt log in seeing black screen still sitting there previous session still sitting there in 'disconnected' state. thing can log server , log session off manually via session host see session 'disconnected'. did little reading , there hints may video driver causing - had left generic ms driver install. did download latest x64 version of onboard intel chipset video driver no luck in resolving issue. ears if else can shed light on this. hello dread,   is there running service or application affecting logoff process?   i recommend

we have windows domain users (several thousand). want upgrade windows server 2003 sp2 servers >100 printer shares quite nicely windows server 2008 r2, i've run dreaded access denied issue follows:   1) windows 2003 server: both windows xp , windows 7 clients can access printer shares   2) test windows 2008 r2 server: xp clients can still access printer shares same win 2003 server win 7 clients access denied error when, think, driver downloaded , copied win 7 client. tried using procmon see access denied error coming couldn't find anything.   i can apply printers 2008 server via group policy, however, have mixed student/staff/faculty environment , thats not possibility deployed printers (will ok computing labs, not individuals). have fought while trying figure out we're doing wrong , none of solutions i've looked @ here or elsewhere seem address issue. how have computer point , print restrictions policy configured?  is uac enabled or disabled on wind
