How can I find all GPOs that are not Link-Enabled.

i have reviewed , used of sample scripts come gpmc, , have been helpful in retreiving information various states gpos are. un-anble find script or method of listing of gpos not link-enbled.

these maybe linked site, domain or ou "link enabled" setting set "no" , status equal "enabled".  these gpos filtered , not apply, , find way identify them can determine disposition.

any suggestions?
