when try open internet explorer , error saying has stopped. followed suggestions , still has problem. tried download new version executable won't open. try open windows security essentials run scan tells me same thing.

dell inspirion 580 windows 7

click start, run, eventvwr.msc, , @ application logs , system logs. post error id's.
