thanks

hi pete,

it not recommended disable windows filtering platform, because it set of api , system services provide platform creating network filtering applications, example, windows firewall advanced security (wfas) implemented using wfp.

according description, legitimate packets blocked, suspect caused firewall rule configuration. please enable firewall logging find out rule has been blocking these packets. once found, disable rule.
