user’s data replication from one file server to remote another file

we want solution server windows system, can it? me. below our backup solution diagram.

so first thing add dc in dr site ad replicated. 1 of overlooked items in a dr strategy is that first thing has come ad exchange requires , security on replicated folders require it. have standby server exchange.

is there connection branch site dr site? may bad if main site goes down because of disaster , branch office offline due connectivity issues.

second move dfs-n , dfs-r stategy user data , home folders because of following reasons
dfs-n give common namespace users when log in @ dr site hit data stored on dr site based on ip address - dfs-r keep folders replicated in efficient way - if branch office down users still able data 1 of 2 other sites has copy. dfs site aware users should pull data closest site. users log branch office data branch office server, when same user goes to the primary site data primary site. contingent on active directory sites , having subnets associated them.

dfs-r replicate pieces of files have changed , not whole file.

i not sure if answers questions, question vague that's best effort - if have more information can share request or actual business need glad help.
