Windows 2008 Hyper-V Cluster failover fails only by unpland failover

hallo,

i´ve got following problem:

we have 2 node windows 2008 ee cluster ca 20 vm´s on it.
the cluster has fiberchannel san, on this san disks there vhd´s fixed size , also the vm config files.

my problem is if i say switch other node the vm runing i´ve got events:

but my greatest problem is, if make an unpland failover shutdown, one vm didn´t come form the saved state , reboots, other vm´s are running well.
in event log ther same error masages first problem

have attempted fix-up trick of exporting vm shared storage location , importing back?

this fix-up strange permissions or file sharing problems might happening.

the process be:
power down vm
export
rename origional
import
boot import
failover import
if delete origional (don't forget delete vhd)
