WSUS farm for managing Windows 10 clients only - Best design??

hello-

i've got set wsus farm managing windows 10 clients only.  clients reach numbers of 20k or more refresh our windows 7 clients.

thinking i'd use network load balancing , set main wsus server , several additional wsus servers in replica mode handle load. i've read, looks each wsus server, main or replica requires database.  plan use sql main server because has potential grow quite large thousands of clients, should replica servers connect own sql server database well? 

also, potentially connected sccm, however, i'm not familiar sccm @ all, right discussion best stick wsus.  ....unless critical...   =;^) 

all servers windows server 2012r2.

is best way this?  suggestions appreciated!!

1. wsus, not in sccm. may specify store updates.

if choose store updates locally, can limit updates downloaded server language.

if choose store update files on microsoft update, wsus server obtains metadata updates. in scenario, update files come directly microsoft update , downloaded @ time of installation on client computers receiving updates. need make sure client computers have direct access microsoft update in scenario.

2. wsus in sccm, far know, possible multiple wsus instances part of sccm share same database not configured nlb cluster.

3. since number of clients are quite large (reach 20k), recommend involve professional engineer make detailed deployment plan it. , far i'm concerned, you'd better separated clients different parts @ first.

WMI Repository 4GB limit - Win 2003 Ent Question

Event ID 1302 (error 1307) DFS replication service encountered an error while writing to the debug log file

hello. we @ step 0 of migration frs dfsr sysvol replication on windows 2008r2 dc. every time run powershell dfsrmig / getmigrationstate says: "unable create dfsr migration log file. error 1307. all domain controllers have migrated global state 'start'. migration has reached consistent state on domain controllers. succeeded." it creates event id 1302 in "dfs replication" event log, explaining error 1307 means: "this security id may not assigned ownder of object ". i already checked space limits, quotas, permissions on c:\windows\debug according microsoft support article unable fix it. although, there new entries added dfsr00095.txt log file despite error. dfsrxxxx file has not been archived .gz format, and, beleive, contains dfsr diagnostics , events. here of latest entries: 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm  3354 migration::sysvolmigration::getsysvolreadyflag [mig] sysvol ready 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm   456 migrati
