Test port from remote machine to remote server and port

hi 

i have project test multiple ports [80/44/4444/5289]  from 25 different machines.
tedious login every machine , test ports.
please provide hint how can accomplished.

dont want have dependency of psexec task. 
no scope of psremoting on machines.

ex:

from server1 have test  urltest.microsoft.com @ 449
         server1 have test  urltest1.microsoft.com @ 550
         server1 have test  urltest3.microsoft.com @ 888

from server2 have test  urltest.microsoft.com @ 449
         server2 have test  urltest1.microsoft.com @ 550
         server2 have test  urltest3.microsoft.com @ 888

so on till server25

please assist. 
not looking out script. way can achieved through powershell. 
hint appreciated.

without remoting cannot done.  if yuo think asking understand why.

it may possibkle strtup script unreliable , use group poicy create scheduled tasks woul take work design, build , test.
