Remotely Run Scheduled Task on 2008 R2

i try launch scheduled task on remote 2008 r2 server 2003 server domain account full permissions. keep getting message saying 'the specified task name "notepad" not exist in system'. ("notepad" test task created opens notepad).

the command i'm using is> schtasks /run /s <server ip> /tn notepad

i have check task name , correct. when use same command locally on 2008 server (from local administrator account or domain admin account) 'error: access denied.' if drop "/s <server ip>" when using command locally on 2008 server task runs fine. if open command window 'as administrator' , /s works fine need able launch task specific administrator user not administrator.
