SFU 3.5 on Windows 2003 Server, not working at all.

i installed without apparent incident sfu 3.5 on windows 2003 server.
nothing works... start command prompt and 'ls' sits there.... c shell, and a window opens no prompt appears, nothing. same korn shell. 

i previously installed gnuwin32 and when opening gnuwin32 shell, unix commands work fine... on gnuwin32 shell opening, script prepends path path.

on running command.com believe should sfu shell, the gnuwin32 path no longer in path expected, , c:/sfu/common is... yet above, nothing @ works.

ideas? did not reboot after installing sfu, install did not ask me to, can recall.
