the computer reboot automatically when fatal error occurs default. can turn off setting identify root cause of problem. change recovery settings disable automatic rebooting:
1. right-click my computer, , click properties.
2. click advanced tab.
3. under startup , recovery, click settings open startup , recovery dialog box.
4. clear automatically restart check box, , click ok necessary number of times.
5. restart computer settings take effect.
please note need enter safe mode change setting since computer won’t enter windows normally.
now when shut down computer, should see error occurs. please check whether there’s error events in event log. please post errors on thread further troubleshooting.
the reboot problems can occur because:
1. some software or driver incompatible system.
please uninstall you’ve installed right before problem occurred if remember , see whether problem persists.
2. bios problem.
please contact manufacturer update bios version if available.
