Windows server 2008R2 with exchange 2010 nic problem


i'm in jam , loosing it...  make long story short, 2 months ago moved physical exchange 2010 server (running server 2008r2) hyper-v using scvmm 2012.  i had few hiccups nic teaming, once removed nic team, set both external , internal dns, mails flowing pretty well... until yesterday.  

now, excahnge server lost both it's internal , external dns , can't add them.  now i'm goign best translate messages exchange in french...  when go server configuration - properties - external or internal dns- following error: cannot read informations network adapter.  error: invalid class.  running command "get-networkconnectioninfo - identity "myservername"  and dns options greyed out , can't select anything

deleted nics , recreated them ( tried network adapter , legacy adapter same results) , still getting error

enviroment :

server 2008r2 on hyper-v (server 2012)

exchange version 14.03.0195.001
