SBS 2008 R2: "access denied" when trying to add some network printers

we have brand new sbs 2008 r2 server , trying add company's ricoh mp 4500 multifunction printer default printer. first problem ricoh not listed "printer" in network listing, instead seen "other devices".

second problem when try add via control panel wizard ->printers->"add printer"->"the printer want isn't listed"->"add printer using tcp/ip address or hostname"-> using ip address returns "access denied". same response hp laserjet p2015dn, hp 2430tn, , few other printers on network, too. but, able add hp 2025n no problem. no other pc or server in our network has access problems them.

i can add ricoh shared printer via computer on network, , works direct printing, our erp printing server software(liason messenger) returns errors in configuration.

my questions are:

1) why not seen printer in network listing? because multi-function device?

2) there way add printer through different method?

3) causing "access denied" message?

seemed have found solution myself. needed set print server , print server management tools in server manager explained here -  http://www.techotopia.com/index.php/setting_up_a_windows_server_2008_print_server

WMI Repository 4GB limit - Win 2003 Ent Question

Event ID 1302 (error 1307) DFS replication service encountered an error while writing to the debug log file

hello. we @ step 0 of migration frs dfsr sysvol replication on windows 2008r2 dc. every time run powershell dfsrmig / getmigrationstate says: "unable create dfsr migration log file. error 1307. all domain controllers have migrated global state 'start'. migration has reached consistent state on domain controllers. succeeded." it creates event id 1302 in "dfs replication" event log, explaining error 1307 means: "this security id may not assigned ownder of object ". i already checked space limits, quotas, permissions on c:\windows\debug according microsoft support article unable fix it. although, there new entries added dfsr00095.txt log file despite error. dfsrxxxx file has not been archived .gz format, and, beleive, contains dfsr diagnostics , events. here of latest entries: 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm  3354 migration::sysvolmigration::getsysvolreadyflag [mig] sysvol ready 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm   456 migrati
