Can't join clients to domain in Server 2012 R2 Datacenter

i have done searching.  have installed 2012 datacenter 64bit.  no problem.  installed ad ds role , elevated domain controller.  installed dhcp , dns roles.  want join client computer new domain in server.  (it's domain).  however, nothing try works.  message:

"an active directory domain controller (ad dc) domain "dgr.mine" not contacted."

ensure domain name typed correctly.

if name correct, click details troubleshooting information"

details:

the error was:  "this operation returned because th teimout period expired."  (error code 0x000005b4 error_timeout)

the dns servers used computer name resolution not responding.  computer configured use dns servers following ip addresses;  192.168.1.200

verify computer connected network, these correct dns server ip addresses, , @ least 1 of dns servers running.

in 2012 server dns address set 192.168.1.200

in client computer dns address set 192.168.1.200

the server , client both connected simple switch, i'm using straight through ethernet cables.  i've tried crossover client server connections also, no luck there either.

this should simple process.  can patience give me step-by-step on setting server domain controller, dns server, assigning dns address, , else need allow client connect?  can same wonderful in connecting client server?  wouldn't ask such detail, i'm needing check see messed up, if indeed can find where.

99% of time when gets "an active directory domain controller (ad dc) domain "dgr.mine" not contacted" error message, because of networking issue. 

make sure machine trying join new domain has access domain (can ping ip address of domain controller) , has set point ip address of domain controller dns server.

if set joining machine way, , still not work, please post output ipconfig /all both domain controller , machine trying join domain.

WMI Repository 4GB limit - Win 2003 Ent Question

Event ID 1302 (error 1307) DFS replication service encountered an error while writing to the debug log file

hello. we @ step 0 of migration frs dfsr sysvol replication on windows 2008r2 dc. every time run powershell dfsrmig / getmigrationstate says: "unable create dfsr migration log file. error 1307. all domain controllers have migrated global state 'start'. migration has reached consistent state on domain controllers. succeeded." it creates event id 1302 in "dfs replication" event log, explaining error 1307 means: "this security id may not assigned ownder of object ". i already checked space limits, quotas, permissions on c:\windows\debug according microsoft support article unable fix it. although, there new entries added dfsr00095.txt log file despite error. dfsrxxxx file has not been archived .gz format, and, beleive, contains dfsr diagnostics , events. here of latest entries: 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm  3354 migration::sysvolmigration::getsysvolreadyflag [mig] sysvol ready 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm   456 migrati
