Windows logs IPMI events into the BMC’s SEL?
in case of operating system shutdown or failure, windows logs ipmi events bmc’s sel. administrator can access bmc's sel using "out-of-band" tools determine why machine not running.
i see ipmi events getting logged in bmc's sel don't know event telling me. event being added ipmi timestamped oem sel record. get

manufacturer id: 0x37 0x01 0x00 (when converted lsb binary decimal equals 311 microsoft's private enterprise number)
oem defined: 0x00 0x09 0x81 0x5a 0x14 0x80 <------ how decoded?
