2008 R2 Mix Enterprise and Standard on the same server

i know whether allowed assign both  windows server 2008 r2 enterprise , windows server 2008 r2 standard on same server extend visualization rights.

if have assigned 1 x license of winsvr 2008 r2 enterprise server running esx, may run 4 instances of winsvr 2008 r2 enterprise (or standard).

if need run fifth instance of winsvr 2008 r2 standard on same server, can assign 1 x license of winsvr 2008 r2 standard server. or have assign 1 x license of winsvr 2008 r2 enterprise server mixing enterprise , standard licenses on same server not allowed.
