DC for Hyper-V VMs
hello all,
is wise make host (parent) windows server 2008 r2 ent dc, dns, , dhcp hyper-v installed role , vms added well? these vms act clients of dc machine (host server).

if in test environment, can it, however, if in product environment, microsoft recommends locate critical server roles on domain controllers installed directly on physical hardware. these include global catalog servers, domain name system (dns) servers, flexible single master operations (fsmo) roles , replication bridgeheads.
