Is there a way to bypass the "connect" step in Windows 2012 RDS ?

hi everyone,

i have 2012 r2 rds farm setup , i'm connecting clients through "remoteapp , desktop connections" option control panel.

i wondering if there's way bypass and/or skip "connect" step when start application ?
i'd have applications start without prompt.

thanks !

hi,

yes, can suppress prompt.  need enable specify sha1 thumbprints of certificates representing trusted .rdp publishers group policy setting on client pcs , enter thumbprint of certificate used rd connection broker - publishing purpose in rds deployment properties -- certificates tab.

computer configuration\ policies\ administrative templates\ windows components\ remote desktop services\ remote desktop connection client

specify sha1 thumbprints of certificates representing trusted .rdp publishers     enabled

please note thumbprint needs entered without spaces , careful if attempt copy/paste because can hidden character included in copy , cause policy setting not work.

thanks.
