windows server 2008 VM activation in failover clustering

i'm playing hyper-v failover clustering , need know licensing implications running , activating w2k8

scenario

3 node cluster: 2 nodes (node 1 , 2) on local lan speed third node @ dr site. auto failover of vm's between node 1 , 2 counter hardware failure , manual spin of vm's on node 3 if in dr situation. replication of vm's handled sios datakeeper cluster edition across 3 nodes.

i'm unclear how re activate w2k8 vm's if migrated node in array. looking purchase w2k8 enterprise edition allows 1 + 4 in vose environment (1 hyperv host 4 instances of w2k8 vm's). appreciate need buy enterprise licenses 3 nodes in cluster keep in compliance how many times can reactivate w2k8 vm if i've moved node (either part of maintenence plan or in event of hardware failure) , how can activation automated?. vm going want activated manual process , kind of defeats object of having ha if vm after moving going shutdown after hour because activation prompt hasn't been answered ??

thanks in advance guidance on this

hi!

virtual machines do not need re-activated if they're migrated host in failover cluster.
