Unable to Add Session Host Servers to Collection
i have had working environment of 2012 r2 server , collections of sudden start cause giving me errors adding new servers existing collections.
the gui , powershell error receiving "unable retreive collection properties"
i have gone through numbers threads , fixes throughout community , others , have hit road block , need more ideas.
my latest thread have looked through here. lead me running through rdmsui tracing logs, , getting same error notated here.
component rdmsui: failed fetch local db connection string server: <server running in vm (rdcb+rdls)>.<domain>: system.management.automation.remoteexception: property dbconnstring not exist @ path hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\tssdis\parameters.
@ microsoft.remotedesktopservices.common.deploymentmodel.executepowershellscript(string servername, string script, object argumentlist, boolean islocalhost)
@ microsoft.remotedesktopservices.common.deploymentmodel.ishighavailabilityconfigured(string managementserver)
looking @ answers in thread no near problem appears because setup basic.
1 connection broker server
1 gateway manager server
currently 16 session host servers each connected various collections have created.
as said, have been able until last week, been able add , remove session host severs , collections without problem, unable unless rip out whole collection , full rebuild including of session host servers going in collection on initial setup.

according description, understanding prompts error "unable retreive collection properties" when adding new servers existing collections.
“property dbconnstring not exist @ path hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\tssdis\parameters”, have confirmed registry key mentioned in log? seems missing key entry caused problem.
besides, collections/session host server has problem?
try run get-rdsessioncollection -connectionbroker "broker fqdn", list collections, , check see if error.
