Allow non admins to restart certain services - Server 2008
i have server 2008 sp2 x64 server (non r2) , need allow users restart 4 services on server. best case scenario - users in 'remote desktop users' group on server can restart 4 required services. know how this. appears subinacl not exist server 2008. found articles on use sc.exe confusing. able provide syntax allow following:
remote desktop users group start "service 1" on "server 1" if can't group perhaps "domain\user" start "service 1" on "server 1"
when run sc.exe sdsshow scmanager returned value not registering me. appreciated.

i able figure out.
first navigated in registry hklm\system\currentcontrolset\services here lists each service name. copied 'display name' of service services.msc console , did find on registry key , found name of service. able run command.
sc sdset [service name] d:(a;;cclcswrpwpdtlocrrc;;;sy)(a;;ccdclcswrpwpdtlocrsdrcwdwo;;;ba)(a;;cclcswlocrrc;;;iu)(a;;cclcswlocrrc;;;su)(a;;rpwpdtlo;;;rd)s:(au;fa;ccdclcswrpwpdtlocrsdrcwdwo;;;wd)
when performing command sc sdshow [service name] received this. d:(a;;cclcswrpwpdtlocrrc;;;sy)(a;;ccdclcswrpwpdtlocrsdrcwdwo;;;ba)(a;;cclcswlocrrc;;;iu)(a;;cclcswlocrrc;;;su)s:(au;fa;ccdclcswrpwpdtlocrsdrcwdwo;;;wd)
what added allowed remote desktop usrs group start/stop/pause/resume access.
sc sdset [service name] d:(a;;cclcswrpwpdtlocrrc;;;sy)(a;;ccdclcswrpwpdtlocrsdrcwdwo;;;ba)(a;;cclcswlocrrc;;;iu)(a;;cclcswlocrrc;;;su)(a;;rpwpdtlo;;;rd)s:(au;fa;ccdclcswrpwpdtlocrsdrcwdwo;;;wd)
