Script and/or alert to monitor space on mount points

hi

we using mount points on our exchange 2010 servers (windows 2008 r2) and we found script can run check total , free space on mount points - follows:

gwmi win32_volume|where-object {$_.filesystem -match “ntfs”}|ft name,capacity,freespace,@{label= "percentfree";expression = {"{0:p2}" -f ($_.freespace / $_.capacity)}}

obviously can export output file if required.

we able set alerts warn when free space drops threshold. found following link suggests need:

unfortunately i'm not scripting guru i'm not clear how use script , if/how can used in conjunction our existing one.

or there way in performance monitor alert on mount points free space ?

you can execute script per task sheduler generate report mailed regulary. alternativ method query if 1 of feree space percentages went below trashhold , mail report you.
