Windows Server 2012 stuck at "Configuring Windows features 100% complete. Do not turn off your computer."

that's message i've been seeing on server desktop past 6 hours. can't login. please advise.

thanks post. the issue related windows updates installation stuck.

if wait long enough computer still freezes, can try press "ctrl+alt+del" reboot server , check if work. or can test if start windows in safe mode, if enter safe mode without issue, can boot , enter windows normally.
