Disable WLMS (Windows License Monitoring Service)

hi guys,

how can disable wlms service on licensed server?

according microsoft service should not suppose there on licensed windows 2008 r2 machine.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2021579

but have service running on server, how can disable/delete service?

the server activated service exist on server, don't know how service onto server.
