hi,

as papp mentioned, need add users workgroup or domain in order next steps.

in workgroup, if give users permission individually without authentication, need create user accounts users using in server locally (generally important if there many users, , need ask user name , password). or can create accounts , passwords, share them users. available users need input username , password before accessing shares.

in domain easy control permission domain accounts available. of course affect user's behaviour need logon typing username , password every time starting computer.
