Getting "Access Denied" on mapped drive

environment:  two servers running windows 2008 r2 64 bit standard edition

clients:  a mix of xp, 7 32-bit , 64 bit professional edition

two remote locations

problem, logon script maps 3 drives users , 3 drives map no problem , users able access mapped drives except  1 computer.  the mapped drive gives access denied error, occurs users on 1 computer, on other computers not problem.

event viewer showing event id 502 redirection, significant error in log.

curiously, if map drive using \\10.10.10.10\shared share accessible, if mapped fqdn, or netbios access denied error.

though problem might corrupt computer account, removed domain , added in few hours later.  no joy.

since facing issue single pc seems dns name resolution issue.

-->> ip configuration on clients , member servers:
1. each workstation/member server should point local dns server primary dns , other remote dns servers secondary.
2. not set public dns server in tcp/ip setting of client/member server.
3.also ensure that register connection's address in dns is checked in tcpip setting of dns tab.
4.disable unrequired nic if multiple nic present on clent pc.
5.enable netbios on tcpip setting in nic setting in wins tab.

--check dns console duplicate record host machine , remove same.

--check whether firewall service on of off?
refer link diable firewall:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc766337(ws.10).aspx

--check status of machines account in ad?(it may disabled)
if machine account disable enable same.

hope helps
