Windows Server 2008 failover cluster disk not coming online after primary server shutdown

hi all,

we facing issue windows server 2008 cluster configuration, our architecture consists of 2 hp dl 380 servers, 1 hp p 2000 storage area network. while testing failover redundancy configuration, once primary server shutdown, cluster disk not coming online in secondary server.

but "current owner" getting changed primary secondary server during failover , able see quorum disk in secondary too. primary , secondary servers connected each other through lan team , through hearbeat connection. servers connected san through 2 fibre optic cables each.

regards,

any events in event log?  assume existing cluster, seeing using 2008, instead of brand new one.  but, have recent cluster validation report cluster?  (good idea run them on regular basis point out things @ before things become problem.)  nodes patched?  have ever had data disk on second node (clusters don't have primary , secondary - equal members)?  disks zoned on san?
