¿It is possible to change the quorum disk without recreating the cluster?


hello everyone,

i have shared space array disk, disk have 2 partition see , share 2 nodes (ms cluster) read in somewhere microsoft recommends quorum disk have work in different disk not in same data partition. have quorum , data partition same disk in 2 partition.

my question is: ¿if have disk available 2 nodes, can change quorum disk without recreate cluster again? ¿does have tried this?

the os windows 2003 enterprise 32bits 2 nodes, configuration active-passive. array disk ds4800 connected via hba's.

i hope guys understand im trying say.

there tool called cluster server recovery utility (clusterrecovery.exe)to change disks.

restoring resource checkpoint files
replacing failed disk
recovering disk signature changes
