Can not print on remote printer from Windows server 2003 standard edition on 2 out of 4 client computers

 we connect remote server in office , and print local wireless printer located in same office 4 client i'm having issue with. 2 of 4 can connect server , server sees remote printer , can print without problem. other 2 clients can not print when connect server. server not see remote printer listed on client. printer check under resorces in remote desktop connectio0n. have same driver installed on client , server. printer brother hl - 2170w. i have @ 2 clients working , compared 2 not , seem set exactly the same. can give me other tips on check out next. needless has been frustrating.

1. printer work when printing on problematic machine?

2. talking local printer?

3. issue occur when connecting client machine via rdp?

 

given situation, please first collect mps reports both machine , problematic one.

 

1. download proper mps report tool website below.

2. double-click run it, if requirement not met, please follow wizard download , install them. after that, click next, when "select diagnostics want run" page appears, select "general", “internet , networking”, click next.

 

3. after collecting log files, choose "save results", choose folder save <computername>mpsreports.cab file.

 

use windows live skydrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/) upload file , give me download address.

WMI Repository 4GB limit - Win 2003 Ent Question

Event ID 1302 (error 1307) DFS replication service encountered an error while writing to the debug log file

hello. we @ step 0 of migration frs dfsr sysvol replication on windows 2008r2 dc. every time run powershell dfsrmig / getmigrationstate says: "unable create dfsr migration log file. error 1307. all domain controllers have migrated global state 'start'. migration has reached consistent state on domain controllers. succeeded." it creates event id 1302 in "dfs replication" event log, explaining error 1307 means: "this security id may not assigned ownder of object ". i already checked space limits, quotas, permissions on c:\windows\debug according microsoft support article unable fix it. although, there new entries added dfsr00095.txt log file despite error. dfsrxxxx file has not been archived .gz format, and, beleive, contains dfsr diagnostics , events. here of latest entries: 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm  3354 migration::sysvolmigration::getsysvolreadyflag [mig] sysvol ready 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm   456 migrati
