NETLOGON ID 5719 in window server 2008 r2

hi

i have been receiving errors on event viewer on server.i.e: netlogon 5719,grouppolicy 1055 &1053,dns client events 1014 due unable able access ca boxi services.

getting below error

this computer not able set secure session domain controller in domain ongc due following:

there no logon servers available service logon request.
may lead authentication problems. make sure computer connected network. if problem persists, please contact domain administrator.  

additional info
if computer domain controller specified domain, sets secure session primary domain controller emulator in specified domain. otherwise, computer sets secure session domain controller in specified domain.

according description,the gp , dns error occurred netlogon 5719.

1.please post text of unedited ipconfig /all of problem device,so can verify settings.

2.please server's firewall , 3rd-party software,ensure there no blocking , occupying.you perform network capture.

3.removed , rejoined in domain.

4.try solution http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/2466.active-directory-event-id-5719-source-netlogon-dsforum2wiki.aspx

5.verified nic speed settings, dns configuration , other settings found okay (ip6 disabled).

WMI Repository 4GB limit - Win 2003 Ent Question

Change home folder default permission?

i have searched on , can't seem find similar trying do. using windows server 2003 active directory. when create new user account on domain, use profile tab specify home directory user. when user logs in first time, active directory creates folder in specified path. working correctly. problem gives user full control on folder. has caused lot of problems because "clever" users have discovered thay can change permission on folder or subfolders beneath it. because don't want staff looking @ "sensitive" files. of course doesn't work since can take ownership of file , give myself permissions. causes trouble failed backups, inability scan these folders viruses, migration new storage etc. on occasion 1 of these users call me , ask file or folder restored, , @ point discover not have backup of files , cannot restore them. give them lecture, have on 2500 users, , can't talk them all. right have create account , login teh folder created, go take away full contr...
