Allow Java Script in IE on Remote Desktop Services Server

i have disabled ie enhanced security users on rds farm. still have add sites "trusted sites" list features work right, , that's want.

the problem sites, after adding them trusted sites list, don't function quite right. example, links use java still disabled though page loads. take maps.yahoo.com. page displays error java script needing enabled. once add site trusted sites, goes away page still not load completely. 

we law firm , of local court sites giving me problem. can point me in right direction gpo or local ie setting fix this?

pls try to log on by using admin account see whether problem resolved.do websites trying open use sort of plugin, activex or java?some plugins need administrative install work ie. try download plugin , install when logged on administrator , make sure use installmode correctly or use add/remove programs snap in.

others consider:
1. remove users group policy(create a fresh new account not invovled with any gp see whether it is caused confliction policies )
2. reinstall both java , flash , other possible 3rd party add-ons latest version
3. reset explorer settings
4. place websites under trusted sites , drop security right down.
5. install ie9 , remove ie9
