Can not rename Files & Folder in a DFS Path

can not rename files & folder in dfs path

two users have problem, not able rename files & folders (access denied) in dfs path. able create / delete, not rename.
if connect on network-path \\servername\e$\group\... able rename / create / delete!

- can create file or folder, cannot rename it. can copy file shared folder, cannot edit it.
- works standard shared folders, not dfs shared folders.
- particular user, other profile works fine on computer. still after deleting , recreating profile.
- user works fine on other computers.
- effective permissions looks fine.

client information (both same):
- os: windows xp sp3
- type: both dell latitude d830 (with fingerprint reader)

server (dc dfs) information;:
-  windows server 2008 r2 standard - service pack 1.

have ideas?

hello together,

the issue solved!

it turned out software fingerprint security!
notebook: dell latitude d830
causing software: embassy trust suite wave systems

after software "embassy trust suite wave systems" uninstalled, rename dfs-path!
it's not enough if disable tpm or other options in application. seems have uninstall it! works fine.

i think "embassy trust suite wave systems" fraughted problems... saw many people claiming in internet while searching solution of case...

here case, brought computer bluescreen when accessing dfs path!!!:
