Event Viewer times are incorrect (showing times of a server crash for a time that hasn't occured yet)

i'm having server crashes on few citrix app servers , while trouble shooting, 1 consistent thing see in event viewer.  example, @ 12:00pm there event says "the previous system shutdown @ 1:24:51 pm on 11/12/2008 unexpected."

the problem is, not 1:04pm yet.  if you're looking @ clock of server, show correct time.  debugging points cause win32k.sys.

any insight chance?  appears randomly happening, happening more frequently.  can go 3 weeks nothing, , twice in 1 day.  nothing out of ordinary , no new software has been installed.  i'm not sure if win32k.sys have system time...and why in world event viewer showing incorrect time.  getting time anyway?  think not serious if hour off or something.  conclude has ut or dst or something.

i'm going crazy here.

hi,

base on current information, cannot provide effective fixes. please collect following information research.

1.       does incorrect time issue occur when server crashed?

2.       does issue appear on other program?

3.       please collect event log research. click start, type eventvwr, press enter, select system, click action, choose save log file as. after that, please send log file tfwst@microsoft.com.

4.       click view menu, choose filter, choose w32time in event source, click ok.

5.       right-click system in left panel, choose export list, save file , send tfwst@microsoft.com.

win32k.sys not related time configuration , may not cause issue.  crash issue more important incorrect time in event log. crash may caused conflicts of device driver or corrupt files used client or bad hardware. if troubleshooting crash issue first, please let know.

thanks
