Fax Service keeps stopping

hi,

i recently setup dedicated fax server on fresh install of server 2012 r2. no other programs installed, role. able setup server fine (we have setup send faxes, not receive). reason, shortly after setting up, fax service keeps stopping. i'm not sure @ why. following copied event viewer:

also, when go fax service manager, every "forgets" device (the modem) under outgoing rules , have choose drop down list (there's one).

any suggestions on how service stay running without stopping?

sounds same issue others hitting on 2012r2. appears not be an issue on 2012.  there workaround replace binary windows 7 in first post.  if have support contract ms, make call.
