Problem RDP - Windows SRV 2003

hi,

i need connect customer's server via rdp, have set security due must give ip address , enable me. 

i not technicia, developer, apologize if language not correct.

i gave them our windows 2003 server ip addess, same address use connect pc via rdp, same 1 going websites myip, whatsmyip, etc...

then, when try stat remote desktop , insert customer's ip, error (you can't connect remote desktop, etc...)

the customer's ip correct, other vendors have access via rdp, there high number of connections avaible.

the thing think there on server settings modify outgoing ip, or rdp blocked. i'm not technician don't succeed in solve problem.

any idea? 

i see in computer management -> services , applications there "routing , remote access" don't know if can help...

hi,

firstly,pls try shutdown firewall see whether blocks connections.

then,check terminal service listening on port 3389run "netstat -na|findstr 3389" on terminal server. interfaces 3389 port listening on? please ensure firewall not block port traffic.

also, make sure add users need remote desktop remote desktop users group on terminal server.

WMI Repository 4GB limit - Win 2003 Ent Question

Event ID 1302 (error 1307) DFS replication service encountered an error while writing to the debug log file

hello. we @ step 0 of migration frs dfsr sysvol replication on windows 2008r2 dc. every time run powershell dfsrmig / getmigrationstate says: "unable create dfsr migration log file. error 1307. all domain controllers have migrated global state 'start'. migration has reached consistent state on domain controllers. succeeded." it creates event id 1302 in "dfs replication" event log, explaining error 1307 means: "this security id may not assigned ownder of object ". i already checked space limits, quotas, permissions on c:\windows\debug according microsoft support article unable fix it. although, there new entries added dfsr00095.txt log file despite error. dfsrxxxx file has not been archived .gz format, and, beleive, contains dfsr diagnostics , events. here of latest entries: 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm  3354 migration::sysvolmigration::getsysvolreadyflag [mig] sysvol ready 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm   456 migrati
