Defaulting sdelete instead of delete on an OS-level?

hi folks.

from several standpoints incredible if there way force windows use sdelete rather own internal file deletion mechanisms 0 out data.

  1. thin provisioned vhds: no idea hyperv, vmware cannot reclaim thin provisioned space guest unless it's zeroed out.  once zeroed out, esxcli unmap command can reclaim on storage level.
  2. security: speaks itself.  bit paranoid limited increases, hey, "why not"?  nobody can complain option increased security, marginal one.

i absolutely recognize means 1 must want delete file, that's backups for.

thoughts?  1 go submit feature request microsoft if not presently possible?

sorry, had forgotten third point:

3. storage level compression/dedup: if array compresses , dedups, see greatest dedup , compression zeroed data.
