Remote Desktop Session Hangs - Windows Server 2003 Ent. SP2

thanks feedback. response, understand update of issue below:
· it confirmed windows server 2003 can pinged many other clients;
· the logon phase doesn’t appear in latest tests, there error prompt on client machine following information: "remote desktop disconnected. client not establish connection remote computer"
in such case, step 2 , step 3 of previous post important, please finish them , let me know result:
1. from problematic windows server 2003 sp2, start remote desktop connection itself:
mstsc /v:localhost
2. perform clean boot problematic server using perform clean boot steps previous post.
besides, if clean boot doesn’t make difference, go on following steps:
3. as symptom meet different original one, please reproduce , check event viewer again, can find error logged during issue under system , application category?
4. in problematic server, find following policy setting in local group policy editor (gpedit.msc):
computer configuration\windows settings\security settings\local policies\security options: system cryptography: use fips compliant algorithms encryption, hashing, , signing
is enabled, please disabled it. then, test issue again.
