Hyper-V and NIC Teaming Question....again

ok,

so got out dell server windows 2008 r2 ent , added hyper-v role. server has 2 onboard broadcom nics , 2 pci intel pro nics. broadcom software support teaming of both broadcom , intel nics.

question, has had great success teaming in hyper-v? have read many stories both ways. if teaming in hyper-v works (i know ms not support it), best option use broadcom software , nic configurations? load balance? link aggregation? not sure if should use teaming?

any thoughts or suggestions?

thanks

first -check broadcom ensure have latest drivers. then, check out these resources on technet wiki:
