802.1x All switch ports disconnect and require re-authentication.

hello:

i have setup 802.1x authentication on network using hpe 1920 switches, nps , computer authentication.

the computers in correct security group able connect no problem. however, multiple times day, users kicked out (network stops working) , computers need re-authenticate. users have disconnect , re-connect cable physically trigger re-authentication.

the pattern can determine ports on switch (or vast majority) disconnect @ same time. nps logs indicate session "finished".

the switch syslog shows port go down , once cable reconnect shows come up.

does have insight might causing behavior?

thank you.

scott
