DNS on LAN and website

hi,

we have domain name lan , website........ foobar.com
we run 2 dns servers lan requests , webserver internet website requests.

now have changed our webserver , hosting on different ip address/network

our lan domain still foobar.com

outside requests foobar.com work correctly because have setup outside dns point new host , added mx records mail delivery. works fine.

inside lan though, because requests point dns1.foobar.com , dns2.foobar.com, getting out old webserver.

if change dns records in dns1 , dns2 point new foobar.com website,
i presuming break active directory because new webserver not able resolve internal dns requests.

i not sure how setup dns when employee types foobar.com in there browser brings external website address, yet still can have connectivity on foobar.com, our local domain name.

any ideas?

thanks reading.

create an a host record points www.foobar.com in foobar.com forward lookup zone.
on foobar.com forward lookup zone, rigth click , add new host record, type www name , enter corresponding ip address.
