IIS 7 (2008 R2) - separate access with NTFS permission

hi. have 1 share folder (on dc) with 2 folders 2 domain users, pc not in domain . share folder was publish via iis:

each users have full permission owned folder, , haven't access folder other user. on iis enable windows authentication. after authentication on ie user have access other folder.

on ntfs permission removed users group, because have access everywhere , include domain users group. have error "500 - there problem resource looking for, , cannot displayed". create new group "web" for access, add ntfs permissions - , again not working.

how can configure web-access separate permissions? or must use only ftp-access?
