Users experience problems when logging on to their computers after previously logging on to a terminal server


users experience following list of problems when logon computers in office after logging onto terminal services using remote desktop. 

 

  1. documents listed on file menu within microsoft word else’s;
  2. the documents listed in open window of word not longer in alphabetical order;
  3. when opening word document recovery tab opens else’s documents;
  4. shortcuts listed in open window of word have been replaced else’s shortcuts. 
  5. the option select signature when sending new messages , when forwarding , replying within outlook has change none;
  6. the spell check option has turned on when it used to be off turned; 
  7. when opening outlook window appears asking if they want open outlook in safe mode
  8. the option windows in task bar has been turned off.

seems user profiles screwed, chance have local user profiles stored somewhere on network profiles terminal server users ?
