Directory Services & Exchange 2010 - Organization Configuration

i involved in exchange 2010 lab test email services group.  please review 2 problems seem have in regards way exchange appears enumerate forest in background part of gui setup these errors come from.  same question has been posted email services group exchange forums.  listing directory services in effort see if may relates interaction between 2 , may have setup incorrectly.  thanks.

empty root domain
it has 2 child domains of qa-eu , qa-na

all our servers, service accounts, , user accounts setup in containers in qa-2 child domain, prepped.

so here 3 problems....

1) cannot add new mailbox users. error --> not find available domain controller in domain dc=qa-eu,dc=qa-intranet,dc=msd. running command 'get-organizationalunit -includecontainers'.

2) cannot modify domain controller configuration document because won't past root domain , gives error when try browse qa-na.qa-intranet.msd child domain --> not find domain controller in domain dc=qa-eu,dc=qa-intranet,dc=msd. running command 'get-organizationalunit -identity 'qa-intranet.msd' -singlenodeonly | filter-propertyequalto - property 'type' -value 'domain' , when click ok, root domain , won't expand or show of child domains me pick 1 want. , though have saved root domain , pointed dc in domain, still , know isn't getting setup qa-na domain need point to.

how dns setup in forest , domains?

what "qa-2 child domain"? @ beginning wrote 2 child domains, qa-na.qa-intranet.msd , qa-eu.qa-intranet.msd.

domain browsing, mean network neighbourhood, requires wins on multiple subnets, assume in network setup?

if need use exchange server within domain, have run exchange domainprep in each domain, think doesn't change within exchange 2010.

WMI Repository 4GB limit - Win 2003 Ent Question

Event ID 1302 (error 1307) DFS replication service encountered an error while writing to the debug log file

hello. we @ step 0 of migration frs dfsr sysvol replication on windows 2008r2 dc. every time run powershell dfsrmig / getmigrationstate says: "unable create dfsr migration log file. error 1307. all domain controllers have migrated global state 'start'. migration has reached consistent state on domain controllers. succeeded." it creates event id 1302 in "dfs replication" event log, explaining error 1307 means: "this security id may not assigned ownder of object ". i already checked space limits, quotas, permissions on c:\windows\debug according microsoft support article unable fix it. although, there new entries added dfsr00095.txt log file despite error. dfsrxxxx file has not been archived .gz format, and, beleive, contains dfsr diagnostics , events. here of latest entries: 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm  3354 migration::sysvolmigration::getsysvolreadyflag [mig] sysvol ready 20150908 08:47:27.867 11616 sysm   456 migrati
