hey guys, having troubles with remote desktop services after installed new version of account software on our server use rds. got fixed , seems working fine not getting following error message in event log. know can limit amount of characters in http address curious know why keep seeing in address: https://server.website.com:443/rdweb/pages/default.aspx/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/en-us/default.aspx

this bug in rdweb, not expect many "en-us" subdirectories.

by saying rdp 6.1, mean rdweb being served server 2008 machine? upgrading newer server os version possible? vaguely recall seeing bug in rdweb long time ago, don't remember details or if there workarounds. have not seen in server 2012 rdweb, , if update server 2008 r2 rdweb suspect problem might solved.

if upgrading not option: if had guess, i'd sort of string parsing bug in logic in rdweb/pages/default.aspx redirect language-specific subdirectory. can read , modify logic opening file in notepad (default location: %windir%\web\rdweb\pages\default.aspx), maybe can take , see if can figure out issue. note microsoft release fix @ anytime may touch file, erase changes - make sure backup modifications make file.
