Scoped snapshots enabled.

event id: 13

windows cannot perform online backup of system because scoped snapshots enabled. resolve this, disable scoped snapshots creating following registry value on computer:

               path: hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\systemrestore\

               dword: scopesnapshots

               value: 0

incorrectly editing registry may severely damage system. before making changes registry, should valued data on computer.

what i'm trying figure out why have same image - creating virtual machines. when go backup using backup product, dpm, tsm, netbackup, & windows backup - error.  vm's error not display , complete backup in online state. when "scoped snapshots enabled" on operating system? server 2012 r2 sp1 enterprise & 2012 standard?
